FAQ

Is it possible to submit a manuscript this month?
The Journal of Legal Sustainability accepts manuscripts anytime, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day without restrictions. Only the publication schedule depends on the results of the review and the editor's decision. The sooner you submit, the better.
How long does it take to publish the Journal of Legal Sustainability?
Every submitted manuscript will be reviewed: 1) by an editorial review; 2) by a peer-reviewer; and 3) by at least two or three competent reviewers. Both approaches depend heavily on the time availability of the editor and reviewers, as well as the communication between the authors and editors during the review process.
Can my manuscript be published immediately, as it is a requirement for my graduation?
This is a completely avoidable question for the EDITOR; simply follow the journal's business processes as appropriate. Questions like this will encourage the editor to be more thorough in reviewing the author's manuscript. Consequently, the author will suffer indirectly as a result.

Is it possible to submit a manuscript via email?
All administration of the Journal of Legal Sustainability is web-based, from author submission to publication. This also benefits authors because they can track the submission status in real time and communicate directly with the editors through the journal website. We do not accept manuscript submissions via email.
Avoid asking the editors to process your submission as soon as possible.
The editor's job and responsibilities have expanded to include processing incoming manuscripts.
Avoid asking when my paper will be accepted and published, as everything depends on the outcome of the review process by the editors and reviewers.
When is the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) issued?
The LOA can be submitted after the manuscript has been approved by the editor and meets publication standards, not before the article is submitted.
